SpeedyFleet assumes no liability for any violation of the laws in the country where the order is delivered. It is the user’s responsibility to check with local authorities regarding the import conditions and usage regulations of the purchased products.

 

Customer/User Obligations

The Customer/User agrees to the following obligations:

  • Not to use false identities.
  • Provide all necessary details for order processing and delivery.

The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to SpeedyFleet – Unipessoal, Lda through this website.

SpeedyFleet is not liable for any delays in order processing or delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.

 

Placing an Order on this Website

Placing an order confirms that the Customer has read and accepts these Terms and Conditions. The data recorded by SpeedyFleet – Unipessoal, Lda serves as proof of transactions between the company and the Customer. These details are always available to the Customer.

After placing an order, the Customer will receive an email confirmation.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order, even after automatic confirmation, under the following circumstances:

  • Out of stock of one or more purchased products.
  • Incorrect shipping details preventing successful delivery.
  • Incorrect billing details entered at the time of purchase.
  • Order flagged by our security systems as potentially fraudulent.
  • Customer is under 18 years of age.

Product Availability

SpeedyFleet – Unipessoal, Lda processes orders only for mainland Portugal and the islands (Azores and Madeira).

For orders requiring advance payment (e.g., PayPal, Multibanco), processing will only commence after payment confirmation.

We cannot guarantee product availability until order processing begins.

Orders are only processed on working days. Weekends and public holidays are not included in estimated delivery times.

In the event of out-of-stock items, we will contact our suppliers to determine stock replenishment times. The Customer will be informed accordingly. If the waiting time is deemed too long, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued where applicable.

Any delays in estimated delivery times do not entitle the Customer to compensation.

Delivery and Order Collection

  • Orders are delivered within 3-8 working hours after processing begins.
  • Deliveries are made by DPD.
  • Delivery charges and any additional fees (e.g., cash-on-delivery service charges) will be added to the order total.
  • Services are provided only after payment confirmation.

 

Payment and Store Security

Techno Store uses secure payment technologies to ensure that all transactions are encrypted from the moment the Customer enters payment details until the transaction is completed. No payment details are stored on a public server.

Despite using encryption software, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of online transactions. Risks such as hacking, interception, or data breaches may still occur.

Techno Store is not liable for damages resulting from the use of electronic communications, including but not limited to:

  • Delivery failures or delays in electronic communications.
  • Interceptions or manipulations by third parties.
  • Malware or virus infections during online transactions.
