Returns Policy

Right of Withdrawal

The Customer may request the cancellation of their order at any time before its delivery.

Under the terms of Decree-Law No. 7/2004 of 7 January, as amended by Decree-Law No. 62/2009 of 10 March and Law No. 46/2012 of 29 August, concerning electronic commerce, SpeedyFleet reserves the right to unilaterally cancel an order in the event of a programming error or a malfunction in the Techno-Store platform.

The Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 consecutive days after receiving the order.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason and without incurring any costs within 14 calendar days, starting from the day after they take possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify SpeedyFleet via email, using the contact information available at https://technostore.pt/contactos/, of their decision to withdraw from the contract.

For the withdrawal to be valid, the request must be sent to SpeedyFleet before the withdrawal period expires.

Please contact Techno Store so we can provide you with the withdrawal form.

In the event of contract withdrawal, the Customer will be refunded for the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date SpeedyFleet is informed of the withdrawal decision.

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

If an error occurs in the IBAN provided by the Customer and the bank rejects the transfer, a fee of €36.90 will be applied. Please ensure the IBAN provided is correct to avoid such issues.

SpeedyFleet informs that the refund will only be processed after the returned goods have been received.

The Customer must return the goods without undue delay and within a maximum of 14 days from the day they notified SpeedyFleet of their decision to withdraw from the contract.

The return shipping costs are entirely borne by the Customer when exercising the right of withdrawal.

All returned products must be in the exact condition in which they were received, including all original accessories and packaging (sealed, if applicable), and must show no signs of use.

 

Exchanges and Returns

Under applicable legal terms, SpeedyFleet Unipessoal, Lda allows exchanges or returns of ordered and received items within 15 days of receipt.

To proceed, the Customer must contact our team via email before returning any products. The items must be returned within 15 days of receipt, along with proof of purchase.

Only products in good condition with complete packaging will be accepted.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our facilities, and only those that meet the return conditions outlined above will be accepted for exchange or refund.

If the Customer requests a refund, please note that:

  • The refund will be issued via bank transfer.
  • Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility.
  • The refund will only be processed after a thorough inspection of the returned products.

SpeedyFleet Unipessoal, Lda reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

Product Warranty

All products sold by SpeedyFleet Unipessoal, Lda on this website come with a 3-year conformity warranty.

In the event of a malfunction or technical defect, the Customer must contact customer support to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).

The product must be sent to our facilities, where it will be inspected. If a conformity defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced free of charge.

If there are signs of misuse or failure to comply with usage conditions, the Customer will be contacted to determine whether they wish to have the item repaired.

 

Applicable Legislation

All purchases made on this website are subject to Portuguese law. Any disputes regarding the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent Portuguese court.

 

Dispute Resolution Platform

In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and the Council of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes (ODR Regulation), we inform Customers that there is a dispute resolution platform where consumers and traders can file complaints and monitor their progress.
